We believe selling property should be understandable. That means doing careful research before we make an offer, explaining our reasoning in plain language, and handling every closing through an independent title company or closing attorney.

Anatal Waddell founded Waddell Investment Group LLC to give property owners a straightforward way to sell land without listing it. Every inquiry gets researched before we talk numbers, every offer is put in writing, and every closing goes through an independent Florida title company or closing attorney.
We are investors, not real estate agents: we buy for our own account or assign our purchase agreement to another buyer, and we say which in writing.
